Job Description:
Amitech is seeking an Epic Caboodle Project Lead. The Epic Caboodle Project Lead is an experienced IT professional who works with operational and IT leaders to understand business objectives, understand resource requirements and constraints, develop project plans and schedules, and leads collaborative implementation teams.

Responsibilities will include: 

Gathers business objective, project goals, and technical constraints.  Works with subject matter and technical experts to design project implementation plans.  Guides teams in the successful execution of project activities that result in on time and on budget delivery.  Communicates status, issues, risks, value, and other key information to business leaders and other project stakeholders. Develops documentation and communications in a clear, concise manner, adhering to standards. 

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years in project or team management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Epic Clarity Reporting and preferably Epic Caboodle.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: 
  • One or more Epic Clarity Certification.
  • Agile project management certifications preferred.
Knowledge and Experience: 
  • Experience as a SCRUM master, Agile project lead, or Agile product owner.
  • Experience with MS Project, JIRA, or other project management and task planning tools.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools: Microsoft BI stack, SAP Business Objects, Qlikview, Spotfire, Tableau, or Crystal Reports.
  • Experience programming in SQL preferred.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of designing and planning BI solutions.
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification and methodology development.
  • The ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both a technical and user-friendly language.
  • Able to exercise independent judgment and take action.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
