We are seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to run and grow our capacity to do so.  This role is a highly strategic and highly impactful role, and part of leadership.  The ambitious candidate will lead talent acquisition and shape the future of Amitech (and healthcare), through its people. 
  • Create and execute the vision for talent acquisition, consistent with Amitech core values, and build a team to deliver it
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the talent acquisition team and act as a strong role model, motivating and driving high performance
  • Champion a strong candidate and customer service orientation for a best-in-class experience
  • Coach and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure it has the right skills, resources and tools to meet its objectives
Talent Acquisition
  • Source and recruit a wide range of healthcare top talent in technical, consulting, and business professionals to support internal departments, business development, and delivery teams
  • Manage and drive the team to exceed recruiting targets, serving as a player-coach
  • Develop and expand sourcing channels and networks and continue pushing the envelope on new sourcing strategies
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and recruiting to starting and retention
  • Regularly attend conferences, trade shows, networking events, career fairs, and social hours to champion the Amitech brand and culture, and network with future candidates
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and employees that provide maximum retention of high-performing resources
Process Excellence
  • Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies, tactics, funnels and procedures
  • Implement and maintain job postings and candidate management database and processes
  • Report on and improve key recruiting metrics, measuring the effectiveness of all processes and providing timely and accurate reports on the operating condition of the team
  • Recommend strategies for improvement based on market research, internal data, and competitor analysis
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with preference for technical, business, HR, or industry specific disciplines
  • 10 years of technical (e.g., IT, BI) recruiting experience with proven track record of success
  • 5 years managing recruiting teams with a track record of high performance
  • Experience with multiple sourcing, recruiting and tracking tools
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Flexible and adaptable, with reinvention potential to learn and perform new responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • High speed and high energy, ambitious and growth seeking
